We are looking for a Office & Operations Manager for our Residential Cleaning company who is:
A natural born leader; with prior management experience as you will manage a small team of employees.
Who knows the definition of QUALITY & has a sense of people that doesnt need to be explained!
Capable of solving problems on the fly and can wear many hats. As you would be responsible for everything from HR to hands on training in operations.
Has a high level of integrity self driven motivation and a strong work ethic!
Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out when the team is in need! Because this will be one of the biggest parts of your job!
Fabulous organizational skills and time management!
Beyond that we are looking for someone who can bring people together who wants to be a part of an amazing team that is destined for success!
Requirements:
Must be available Mon Fri 7:30AM 5PM
Have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Must be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check
Must also have a positive attitude and a desire to grow as an individual & with the company
This position is the key to our team as it will be your job to direct a small group of employees over see day to day operations. Manage daily schedules handle sales calls ( all incoming NEVER cold calling) We provide a full week of training to learn the ins and outs of our business. You would be the onsite contact for clients and employees. We are looking for a long term partner to help us grow direct our team manage the office. Above all else someone who will support and encourage our employees and help nourish our business!
