Job Description:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will support our executive team with a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the business and you will play a key part in ensuring the executive team can perform at their best. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executives daily schedule including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare and handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
Coordinate and execute various office tasks such as managing calendars preparing reports and handling communications.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Handle event coordination and logistics for business functions.
Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
A proactive approach with problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to adapt in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
