Next Coms Talk is currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations assist in coordinating schedules and maintain effective communication within the team. This position requires strong organizational skills professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Prepare reports presentations and other business documents
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
