Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating A Rose Paving Company

Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating has built a reputation as a leader in pavement maintenance and construction services. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to oversee and lead our Southeast Florida (SEFL) Sales Team based out of Plantation FL and Southwest Florida (SWFL) Sales Team based out of Fort Myers FL.

This role will play a key part in directing the organizations sales policies setting short and longterm strategies and improving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales leadership a deep understanding of field concepts and procedures and the ability to drive performance and growth across teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve the companys sales goals.
  • Analyze past performance data and project future sales performance.
  • Establish targets performance plans and standards for team members.
  • Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and partner programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet evolving needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to recognize trends and opportunities.
  • Control expenses and monitor departmental budgets.
  • Attend trade meetings industry conventions and professional workshops to stay current.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary resources for success.
  • Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Manage daily functions within the sales department and align resources to business priorities.
  • Provide leadership coaching and performance management for team members.
  • Coordinate training and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and goals.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 23 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • 35 years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of positive performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
