Job Description

Job Description:
The Space and Airborne Systems Segment of L3Harris has an immediate need for an experienced Program Financial Analyst (PFA). A PFA is an individual contributor who is responsible for all financial reporting and deliverables related to customer contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and execution of US DoD contracts. The PFA will serve as a critical business partner with program management technical leads and division/sector leadership to provide guidance on financial performance. Candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with key stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial CDRLs including IMPR CFSR and CSR reporting
- Prepare and brief monthly financial forecast for Orders Sales Profit and Cashflow to local leadership
- Maintain contractual baseline consistent with EVMS best practices
- Prepare reporting (internal and external) of program Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- Communicate financial impacts of programmatic decisions effectively to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide clear actionable information to program team for improving or maintaining a programs financial standing
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a US DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience supporting US DoD program(s) with an EVMS requirement (IPMR Formats 16)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with EVM software (Deltek Cobra)
- Expert communicator able to translate financial data into actions for a multidisciplinary team
- Experience as a Finance lead on a government contract or control account with a value > $100M
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting US DoD contracts in a PFA or Program Manager role
- Experience supporting DCMA EVMS audit
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Rochester NY is $84000 $156000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
