Job Description
Our Dunedin branch is seeking a professional and detailoriented Class 2 Driver to join our team. In this customerfocused role you will be responsible for operating a vehicle and ensuring the safe and timely collection of our services.
- Operate a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle operations and service collections
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness
- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to health and safety
Qualifications :
- Valid and clean Class 2 New Zealand drivers license
- Relevant driving experience preferably in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Ability to follow routes and schedules efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork accurately
- Familiarity with the Dunedin area and its roads
