Summary of Responsibilities: Do you dig digital data and conduct complex investigations to identify bad actors behind their keyboards You will be an integral member of a team of Program Managers Analysts and specialists conducting complex investigations of fraud activity. You will help drive related initiatives targeting new and emerging fraud threats to Amazon and resolve customer problems. You will leverage your analytical and data skills to deep dive on a myriad of fraud activity to help drive investigative strategies. You will be at the forefront of keeping abreast of trends and fraud issues impacting the buyers.
Incharge of managing team of Program Managers at one site. This team will be handling Executive escalations across buyer functions and provide insights into opportunities to improve processes and policies across multiple sites. As a people manager the job duties will include providing leadership and administrative support to the team focusing on people development minimizing the impact of bad debt and meeting decision quality targets. In addition to being responsible for achieving and exceeding teams defined metrics through rigorous performance management the incumbent will be expected to participate in strategic planning and project road mapping activities of the team.
The key to success in this role is the ability to understand vision of Buyer Fraud and make independent decisions with sound judgment to attain that vision.
The successful candidate will be required to mentor the team worldwide.
3 years of team management experience 3 years of program or project management experience 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience 3 years of delivering cross functional projects experience Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros pivots lookups) at an advanced level
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Experience in data mining data management reporting and SQL queries
