BioLegends Summer Internship Program

BioLegends 1012week summer internship program offers aspiring biotech professionals a meaningful comprehensive understanding of the biotechnology industry sector at one of the worlds leading producers of antibodies and reagent content development. This handson internship will give you the chance to develop your skills collaborate with industry experts and gain valuable experience in a fastpaced researchdriven environment. BioLegend interns are known for their passion creativity and ability to make meaningful contributions to the company.

The program will run June 16th September 25 (depending on individuals University Academic Calendar)

All selected interns will be required to obtain their own housing travel and transportation accommodations for the full duration of the internship program.

Essential Functions

The BioLegend North America Customer Care team is looking for a motivated innovative and energetic individual to join our team. With a passion for service and eye for innovation we are looking for someone to perform these job duties.

• Support Customer Care Department initiatives including continuous improvement projects
• Support New ERP Implementation Projects
• Assist with order processing accurately handling a high volume of daily orders (150200)
• Deliver exceptional quality interactions with customers via email and phone
• Investigate inquiries and customer complaints accurately recording and tracking them in Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited College or University with an expected graduation date during 2026 or 2027 and pursuing a degree in Business Administration Communication Sales & Marketing Sociology field.

Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience

• Experience in a service industry whether in BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) or BusinesstoConsumer (B2C) settings
• Strong computer skills minimum intermediate proficiency with MS Office programs
• Data Entry Experience
• Experience with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

The base salary range for the Summer Internship position is:

a. $22.00/hr Sophomore/Freshman standing (Class of 2028/2029)
b. $23.00/hr Junior standing (Class of 2027)
c. $24.00/hr Senior Standing (Completing December 2025/Class of 2026)
d. $25.00 $26.00/hr current Masters student (already has B.S. degree)

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
