Director Product Management Data CompassWhat does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the transformation of how our clients handle data and insights through Fiservs Data Compass Platform. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong focus on user empathy and outcomedriven strategies we want to hear from you.
As a Product Manager you will work closely with the VP Product and Product Owners to craft a competitive strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap for our development team. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external partners to understand client needs identify value propositions and align product strategies with the overall vision of Fiserv.
What you will do:
Develop and own the product strategy with a usercentric approach
Listen to clients to enhance product offerings based on their feedback
Assist in building and prioritizing the product roadmap while clearly defining the product vision
Analyze data and trends to create business cases and pricing models that deliver real value
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the product to ensure its success
What you will need to have:
BS/BA or equivalent working experience required; Advanced degree is a plus
5 years of experience in financial technology product management focusing on data analytics in the financial industry
What would be great to have:
Experience in user journey mapping
Knowledge of valuebased product prioritization
