The Growth Support Specialist is part of a national team that collaborates with pursuit leaders to produce brand and riskcompliant proposals pursuit deliverables and other documents.
1. Coordinate with pursuit leaders business developers and other internal team members to prepare and produce pursuit documents.
2. Talent and Team Development
3. Support office operations
4. Works directly with market developer or pursuit leader to support the successful execution of marketfacing seminars conferences meetings and networking events.
5. Serves as primary resource for CRM database support within practice local market and/or industry.
6. Coordinates and supports local market line of business or industryfocused intentional growth strategy.
