Job Description
Offering support for key systems and applications used in stores and at head office
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they crop up
Working closely with different teams from backoffice to frontline to make sure systems are running efficiently
Assisting with software rollouts updates and maintenance
Keeping records up to date with clear documentation of fixes and procedures
Skills & experience:
Minimum 24 years of experience in a systems or application support role
A solid understanding of SQL databases and how systems connect and talk to each other
Comfort working in a Windows environment (bonus if youve had exposure to Linux too)
Experience in retail warehousing or POS environments would be a big plus
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
