Business ManagementOverview: BMOs US Wealth Management Pathways (High School Internship Program) offers graduating/rising seniors the experience to learn and work alongside our talented Wealth Management professionals and leaders which will set a solid foundation for a future career within Wealth Management.
Responsibilities: During this energizing 10week program our internship program is designed for three primary purposes: (1) support a local wealth management team working on various projects tasks and learning about the banking industry (2) network with wealth management professionals learning about their careers and the career track that may be available to you and (3) learning how to deal with ambiguity while finetuning your professional skills and getting exposure into the banking industry.
Qualifications:
You are a rising senior and minimum of 16 years of age;
You are in good academic standing with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0;
You are a U.S. citizen permanent resident of U.S. or an individual who is legally authorized to work in the U.S.;
You have a desire and passion to learn about the banking industry;
You demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills organization skills collaboration & team skills and problem solving
Salary:
$45900.00 $73700.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performancebased incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
