Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist in the daily review of inventory levels on hand cycle counts discrepancies slotting and attributes
  • Perform daily cycle counts; identify and resolve required corrections to inventory and bin locations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by resolving all inbound receipt and shipping discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation within Trend to ensure record accuracy with discrepancies and credits
  • Research and analyze purchase orders/sales orders and product to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Kitting assembly/disassembly to ensure inventory levels are maintained to match sales demand
  • Propose inventory control process improvements
  • Partake in overall housekeeping of distribution center including cleaning organizing dusting sweeping etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Powered industrial truck (PIT) license (Forklift license) or the ability to obtain a PIT license

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership managers leads and peers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other jobrelated equipment and software
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Willing to participate in Company designated training
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision/guidance
  • Must be able to practice safe work habits

Physical Demands:

This is a General Warehouse position that requires sitting standing walking stooping kneeling and use of hands continuously for eight hours. This position requires lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally with assistance lifting/moving up to 100 pounds. This position requires extended amounts of time walking and climbing stairs. This position requires frequent work time beyond an eighthour shift/40hour week including shift rotation and weekends. This position requires the operation of basic office equipment.
