Job Title: Lead Medical Assistant
Location: Puget Sound Pain Clinic Bonney Lake Puyallup and Lakewood Washington
Job Type: Fulltime Monday Thursday 7:00am 6:00pm

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting excellent leadership skills and a passion for patient care. As the Lead Medical Assistant you will oversee the daily operations of the medical assistant team ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the medical assistant team providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Cover medical assistant position in the event of call outs and vacations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical assistant preferably in a pain management or similar clinical setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- eClinicalworks experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation with ability to travel between clinics.

$25.00 to $30.00 depending on experience.
