Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
As an IT Business Analyst on the SAS Segment IT / Enterprise PLM team you will play a dynamic and versatile role. You will support our SAS business by assisting the Segment Business Relationship Managers (BRM) with various IT initiatives. Additionally you will aid the Enterprise product lifecycle management (PLM) team with program execution. Your responsibilities will include managing program financials and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are achieved. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to tackle new and challenging problems making versatility a key asset.
Essential Functions:
- Drive ongoing IT initiatives in support of the SAS Segment
- Data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage budget for ongoing IT product lifecycle management (PLM) program
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts
- Maintain vendor contracts for consultant services
- Supervise early career IT professionals and assign work as needed
- Remove project roadblocks through collaboration with crossfunctional IT and business partners
- Serve as a delegate for our IT BRMs and support operational excellence initiatives
- Occasional travel for site visits may be required typically less than 10%.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- 100% On Site
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Jira ALM)
- Experience with PLM toolsets
- Experience in the A&D industry
- Crossfunctional IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure apps security etc.)
- Selfdirected versatile and able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliverables
- Excellent communication mentoring and leadership skills
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role is $62000 $115000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
