We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our FP&A Special Projects team focusing on global markets outside of North America. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional CFO and Regional President on special strategy projects aimed at assessing risk and driving profitable revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a background in strategy consulting.
Collaborate with the Regional CFO and Regional President to identify and evaluate strategic initiatives.
Conduct indepth financial analysis to assess risk and identify opportunities for profitable revenue growth.
Develop and present financial models forecasts and business cases to support strategic decisionmaking.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and track their progress.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Work crossfunctionally with nonfinance operating teams peers and leaders in operational areas such as portfolio planning marketing market research M&A corporate strategy supply chain and manufacturing.
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive pipeline for future strategic innovation studies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and forwardthinking initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field
3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) corporate finance or a related role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in global markets outside of North America.
High level of business acumen
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or advanced degree in Finance Business or a related field.
Prior experience in strategy consulting.
Experience working with senior leadership including CFOs and Presidents.
Knowledge of industryspecific financial metrics and KPIs.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel SAP Oracle).
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Automotive industry experience
