Job Title
Director Product ManagementThe Director of Product Management leads the strategic vision development execution and success of Fiservs Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Development Marketing and Sales this role ensures the delivery of innovative and marketleading software products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. A key focus is managing and cultivating a strategic partner relationship and integrating their offerings into the companys CRM solutions.
Lead CRM business product management to ensure the teams success in delivering highquality software products.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a strategic partnership and act as a liaison between our organization and the partner.
Develop and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the strategic partner aligning with the companys strategic goals and market demands.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the partnership and develop strategies to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Conduct regular business reviews with the partner tracking and reporting performance metrics and key success factors.
Drive effective product launches working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop marketing strategies pricing and gotomarket plans.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Software Engineering or Business and/or equivalent military experience.
8 years of experience in software product management with a track record of successfully developing and launching software products and managing strategic partnerships.
8 years of experience in leading and motivating crossfunctional teams and external partners.
8 years of experience in conveying complex concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
8 years of experience in managing and cultivating strategic partnerships with a focus on innovation and growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics customer needs and banking industry trends.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive innovation and change in the software product space.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Proven experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Experience in driving successful product launches and developing gotomarket strategies.
Strong presentation skills and experience representing organizations at industry events.
