Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides oneonone assistance to students (preadvising; registration; connects students to appropriate campus contacts; helps resolve issues between student and campus etc.)
- Provides test proctoring/assessment testing.
- Coordinates course schedules with partner institutions.
- Marketing/community engagement activities (promotes CLC services; presents to various groups; assesses educational needs administers student surveys etc.)
- Prepares participation reports (monthly activity reports beginning and endofsemester reports etc.)
- Networks to generate leads for Workforce Consultant(s) that leads to employer partnership meetings and increased training opportunities in the community and at the learning center.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One to two years experience related to education community development economic development and marketing and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service skills.
