Onfido is experiencing significant growth in the UK as organizations across various sectors accelerate their digital transformation and recognize the critical importance of robust Identity Verification. To fuel this momentum were expanding our exceptional enterprise sales team and seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to spearhead revenue growth within the UK market.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Account Executive at Onfido youll be at the forefront of this exciting growth. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from identifying and engaging target enterprise clients to successfully closing landmark deals. Youll act as a trusted advisor to your customers deeply understanding their unique challenges and articulating the compelling value of Onfidos innovative identity verification solutions.

We believe in setting our team up for success. Youll receive comprehensive onboarding and continuous support working collaboratively with internal sales operations & enablement highly skilled presales solutions engineers and commercially astute legal counsel.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Generate and qualify leads (Within Account base): Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities leveraging your professional network and collaborating closely with Marketing and Product Management.

  • Become a trusted advisor: Develop deep relationships with your customers understanding their business objectives and challenges to effectively position Onfidos value proposition.

  • Lead deal execution: Manage all aspects of the sales process including deal prioritization strategic and financial assessment transaction structuring and negotiation.

  • Become a subject matter expert: Develop a deep understanding of the identity verification landscape and represent Onfido as a thought leader within your target industries.

  • Requirement to be in London on a regular basis.

  • International travel may be require.

What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive enterprise sales experience: A strong track record in a quotacarrying software or technology sales role ideally with experience selling Security Software Infrastructure Software or Identity Software.

  • Hunter mentality: A strong drive to succeed in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment coupled with a genuine hunger to learn and advance your career at Onfido.

  • Proven success in a competitive market: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute the endtoend sales process in a fastpaced setting.

  • Intellectual curiosity: A genuine interest in the identity verification space the disruption of digital technologies and emerging trends.

  • Experience with complex enterprise sales: Ability to navigate and manage intricate sales cycles within large enterpriselevel organizations.

  • Quota achievement: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Disciplined and methodical approach: A processoriented sales professional with strong time management and resource allocation skills including experience in building Account Plans organization charts and SMART account goals.

  • Goaloriented team player: A strong desire for success both individually and as part of a collaborative team.

  • CRM proficiency: Experience working with or a similar CRM platform.

Bonus Points For:

  • Formal sales methodology training (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Force Management).

  • Experience selling into key verticals such as Financial Services Gaming Government or IAM/CIAM.
