Duties: Minor Illness EMIS experience
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will play a crucial role in delivering highquality and patientcentered care working collaboratively with the medical team to manage and treat a diverse range of patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical exams medical histories and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team ensuring continuity of care for patients
- Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice and in accordance with protocols and guidelines
- Provide education and support to patients and their families empowering them to make informed decisions about their health
- Utilize your advanced nursing skills to triage and manage urgent and complex cases demonstrating sound clinical judgment
- Act as a leader and mentor within the healthcare team contributing to the advancement of clinical practices and initiatives
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse with advanced clinical practitioner qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and expertise
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on patientcentered care
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidencebased practice
- Knowledge of relevant legislation guidelines and best practices in advanced nursing and clinical practice
Daytoday
- Conducting patient assessments and examinations
- Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement care plans
- Prescribing medications and treatments
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Tackling urgent and complex cases with advanced nursing skills
- Contributing to the advancement of clinical practices and initiatives within the healthcare team
