As a Project Manager youll work in Hobart Brisbane or Bundaberg and play a key role in the planning execution and delivery of projects across our approved program of work. Youll align project objectives with business goals motivate teams and proactively manage risks to ensure successful on time on budget and highquality outcomes.
What Youll Do
Youll oversee the implementation of projects ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards. Youll develop and manage project plans outlining activities schedules budgets and resource requirements for successful delivery. Working closely with key stakeholders vendors and subject matter experts youll ensure clear communication with leadership and support change management efforts for successful adoption of project solutions.
What Were Looking For
Youll have a Project Management certification and at least five years experience managing large scale projects ideally within banking or financial services. Youll possess strong leadership and decision making skills with the ability to inspire high performing teams. The role requires the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment excellent problem solving and communication skills and proficiency in project management tools.
