What You Will Get To Do:
Were looking for a commercially minded and analytical FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. In this role youll support key business decisions through budgeting forecasting financial modelling and performance analysis. Youll bring strong financial expertise and critical thinking to deliver strategic insights that drive growth improve profitability and support longterm planning across the organisation.
Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes for the Group.
Build and maintain robust financial models to guide strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Develop and refine pricing models to support commercial objectives.
Prepare monthly management reports with clear variance analysis and insights into key business drivers.
Partner with the Head of FP&A to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes.
Assess financial viability of new projects investments and growth opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvements in planning reporting and forecasting processes.
Identify and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial systems and workflows.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field; CA/CPA qualification preferred.
5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis corporate finance or a similar role.
Advanced skills in financial modelling Excel and data analysis.
Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning or Hyperion is an advantage.
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication abilities.
Selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
