The Opportunity and nbsp;
My client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about employee advocacy leadership development and driving company growth through a peoplefirst strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on direct employee interactions keeping HR processes running smoothly and ensuring that every team member at Skyview Networks has the resources and support they need to succeed. Youll play a vital role in maintaining a strong workplace culture supporting managers and ensuring HR functions operate effectively. and nbsp;Ideally this person would be in the office in Scottsdale Arizona 23 times a week.

What Youll Do and nbsp;
  • Champion Employee Experience and amp; Advocacy: Be the goto resource for employees ensuring they feel heard valued and supported. Foster an inclusive and engaging work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. Be a trusted resource for employees answering HRrelated questions assisting with benefits and providing guidance on workplace policies and concerns. and nbsp;
  • Onboarding and amp; Offboarding: Manage the full employee lifecycle ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and a smooth transition for departing employees. and nbsp;
  • HR Administration and amp; Compliance: Handle essential HR functions including maintaining employee records updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. and nbsp;
  • Payroll and amp; Benefits Optimization: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration ensuring accuracy and timely responses to employee inquiries. Manage competitive pay structures and benefits programs that enhance employee wellbeing and retention. and nbsp;
  • Develop and amp; Elevate Employees: Execute training programs and HR initiatives designed to support employee growth and leadership development. Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness. and nbsp;
  • Talent Acquisition and amp; Growth: Attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Execute retention strategies that keep high performers engaged and motivated. Partner with hiring managers to facilitate job postings screen candidates and schedule interviews ensuring a strong hiring experience. and nbsp;
  • Build a HighPerformance Culture: Partner with the leadership team to foster a performance feedback process that supports professional growth and business success and create career development pathways. Drive engagement and continuous improvement through datadriven HR practices. Lead initiatives that foster an environment where employees feel valued supported and empowered to contribute at their best and nbsp;
  • Employee Relations and amp; Workplace Wellbeing: Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee concerns providing guidance and escalating issues when needed. Proactively address concerns resolve conflicts and ensure a positive and productive work environment. and nbsp;

  • HR Expertise and amp; PeopleFirst Mindset: Experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a strong focus on employee advocacy HR and leadership development. and nbsp;
  • Strong EmployeeFacing Skills: A peoplefirst mindset with the ability to build trust handle sensitive issues and create a positive work environment. and nbsp;
  • Payroll and amp; Compliance KnowHow: Experience managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. and nbsp;
  • Business Acumen and amp; Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with company goals ensuring people initiatives drive organizational success. and nbsp;
  • Strong Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to connect with employees at all levels fostering trust collaboration and a positive work culture. and nbsp;
  • TechSavviness and amp; HR Systems Knowledge: Experience with HR software (Paylocity is a plus) and comfort with digital HR tools and databases. and nbsp;
