Role Summary
As a Funnel System Assistant your job is to build and manage the systems that help businesses automatically follow up with leads send reminders and convert interest into scheduled calls. These are backend operationsstructured templated and done through visual editors. No coding no writing and no marketing experience required.
Youll use proven tools and stepbystep checklists to complete tasks. Every part of the system is already mapped outyou just follow the plan and test to make sure it runs correctly.
What Youll Do
Set Up Lead Capture and amp; FollowUp Systems
Build forms that collect lead information and connect them to CRMs
Link automated email and SMS reminders to increase engagement
Configure appointment calendars with confirmation and followup messaging

Tag leads based on actions like scheduling or skipping

System Testing and amp; Maintenance
