Job Title: Nordics Digital Content Reviewer
Location: Barcelona Spain Onsite or Hybrid (if applicable)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Nordics Digital Content Reviewer to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating digital content submitted by users in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines safety standards and community policies. Your work will help maintain a safe respectful and engaging online environment for users across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Review usergenerated content in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) ensuring it complies with community standards and moderation guidelines.

Identify and escalate potentially harmful offensive or inappropriate content.

Apply company policies to make consistent and fair moderation decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams including policy legal and safety to address complex cases.

Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to maintain highquality standards.

Maintain confidentiality professionalism and emotional resilience when handling sensitive content.

Provide feedback on tools and workflows to help improve the moderation process.
Requirements:

Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) and proficient in English.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced and multicultural environment.

Comfortable reviewing sensitive potentially disturbing or offensive content.

Strong communication and decisionmaking abilities.

Legally authorized to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in content moderation trust & safety digital compliance or related fields.

Familiarity with online platforms social media or communitybased services.

Understanding of EU content regulations (e.g. DSA GDPR) is a plus.

Additional language skills are a bonus.
