Job Description

Job Title: Croatian Customer Care Consultant
Location: Athens Greece Onsite & Hybrid Options Available
Department: Customer Care / Customer Support
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role:

We are seeking a customerfocused and empathetic Croatianspeaking Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will assist Croatianspeaking customers with inquiries provide product or service support and help resolve any issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The position offers the flexibility to work onsite at our Athens office or in a hybrid model combining office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Croatian and English.

  • Provide accurate professional and timely assistance regarding products orders services or accountrelated issues.

  • Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and suggest improvements to customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer service support or a contact center environment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication listening and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn customer service software and systems.

  • Authorized to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Zendesk or similar tools.

  • Additional language skills are a plus (e.g. Greek German French).

  • Background in retail travel telecommunications or tech support is advantageous.
