As a Customer Support Agent in Porto Portugal you will play a key role in meeting performance goals across operations and exceeding client expectations for excellence in quality efficiency and customer journey improvement. Youll also actively contribute to service improvements and ensure customer guidelines are met creating an enhanced experience for users.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
Be the voice of the company directly interacting with customers
Provide support to our Germanspeaking customers via phone email chat and social media
Assist merchants with any inquiries regarding our products and services
Optimize processes to continuously improve merchant satisfaction
Collaborate with departments like Sales and Marketing
Be part of an international and multilingual team
Your qualifications
This is a great role if you:
Are fluent in German (C1 and have advanced English skills (B2
Have strong communication skills: approachable patient and customerfocused
Possess high empathy and a commitment to delivering excellent customerfriendly service
Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
Have prior experience in customer support
Are comfortable with omnichannel support (phone chat email) and multitasking with various tools
Have a problemsolving mindset and persistence in resolving issues
Stay organized and calm under pressure
Are proficient with smartphones tablets and computers
