What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Representative and Sales professional you will:

Sell cruise packages and related travel products

Upsell and crosssell services to enhance the customer experience

Provide support for booking and postbooking processes

Assist travel agents with reservation management

Answer customer inquiries on destinations ships documentation pricing and more
What Youll Bring
Youll thrive in this role if you:

Speak Dutch fluently (C1 level) and have strong English skills (B2 level)

Are comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools

Pay close attention to detail and enjoy solving problems

Communicate effectively in both spoken and written formats

Can manage multiple tasks efficiently
