Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications CRM systems and AI development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements map out processes and work with the technical team for delivery.
- Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders including business owners/users project team and vendors.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
- Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for endusers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT applications.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst/Solution Architect.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.
- Understanding of Java will be a plus.
