- Strategic Analysis: Analyze market trends industry dynamics and competition to identify opportunities and threats. Use SWOT analysis to evaluate the companys strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats.
- Operational Excellence: Use industrial engineering principles to improve business processes workflows and efficiency. Focus on reducing costs and enhancing performance across all areas.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Gather and interpret data to support decisionmaking. Create financial models forecasts and scenarios to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
- Strategic Planning: Help develop the companys strategic plan setting goals and action plans. Work with senior management to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities.
- Project Management: Lead crossfunctional teams to implement strategic projects. Create plans timelines and milestones to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and improvement. Organize workshops and sessions to generate ideas for process enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage strategic risks. Monitor internal and external factors that could affect the companys goals.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present strategic plans and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Provide updates on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning business analysis or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis financial modeling and statistical tools.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Project.
- Experience with strategic planning software and tools (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) is a big plus.
- Can start immediately if possible.
