Baylor University is seeking a Logistic & Events Specialist within the Division of Marketing & Communications (MarComm). This position will ensure the smooth execution of events across university departments and spaces. This includes coordinating internal and thirdparty events conferences camps and workshops including those that span multiple days and require the use and coordination between various university facilities. This position will act as a liaison between clients and service providers offering professional guidance and overseeing the event planning process and policies to achieve consistent and successful outcomes. Additionally this position will be responsible for managing student work staff scheduling campus facilities and establishing processes and procedures for reserving and utilizing campus space.
A High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant work experience is required. A Bachelors Degree and three to five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
*Must be available to work some nights and weekends as needed.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
