What youll do
You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective machine learning solutions across the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to articulate valuedelivery improve internal productivity as well as revenue growth.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director Data Science.
Responsibility
Develop potential new methodologies using DL/ ML/LLM and Agentic Framework models to predict users behaviour and improve automation
Apply different genAI technique to derive actionable insights
Collaborate with the leadership team across Sales Marketing and Customer Success to define and execute the postsales strategy including market segmentation target account selection and gotomarket approaches
Conduct indepth analysis of customer success data market trends and customer insights to identify improvements and valuedriving activities
Partner with product teams to design administer and analyze the results of A/B and multivariate tests
Leverage data to develop actionable analytical insights and present findings to senior management
Evangelize models frameworks analysis and insights with stakeholders and business partners
Act with a sense of urgency and purpose identify and resolve roadblocks reach out to crossfunctional team members to solicit input and/or assist when appropriate
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor or Masters degreein Computer Science Physics Mathematics Statistics or related field
- 8 years hands on experience in building data science applications and machine learning pipelines
- Experience with Python both for research and software development purposes
- Knowledge of common machine learning deep learning and statistics frameworks and concepts including Large Language Models
- Experience with large data sets distributed computing and cloud computing platforms
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL)
- Ability to break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience in training and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Proven track records in taking a ML project from 0 to 1 to 10.
- Experience using machine learning and deep learning algorithms like CatBoost XGBoost LGBM Feed Forward Networks for classification regression clustering problems
- Experience in programming Languages like Python SQL R etc.
- Experience across the SAAS domain as a Data Scientist
Preferred
- PhD in Statistics Computer Science or Engineering with specialization in machine learning AI or Statistics
- 8 years of prior industry experience
- Experience of applying data science techniques to customer success organizations
- Experience in building experimentation and machine learning platform
- Experience with or knowledge of the software development lifecycle/agile methodology
- Experience with or knowledge of Github JIRA/Confluence
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $140000.00 $225075.00 base salary
Washington New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $129000.00 $190550.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
