Job Description
The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a PreArrival Coordinator to join the team.
Nestled on Californias Central Coastline just steps from pristine beaches the property celebrates Santa Barbaras culture and history across its 24acre resort featuring 360 spacious rooms and 60000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

- The hourly pay for this position is:$21
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience be proficient in Microsoft Office demonstrate creative problemsolving skills and excel in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision.
What will I be doing
Organizes and oversees all tour group arrivals/preassigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction.Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are preassigned and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Answers and dispatches telephone calls. Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Companys high standards.
