This exciting role is based onsite at our Jail Transition Program in Provo Utah allowing you to engage directly with clients and their families in a supportive environment. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.08 to $43.38 or an annual salary between $58406 and $90230 commensurate with your experience and licensure this is a chance to advance your career while making a difference.

Your day as a Therapist III
As a FullTime Therapist I at Wasatch Behavioral Health you will play a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect clinical services. You will develop and supervise comprehensive treatment programs for clients facilitating individual family and group psychotherapy sessions that address a range of behavioral health disorders personal challenges and domestic violence issues. Youll manage your own caseload while providing training and consultation to various stakeholders including families and organizations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting intake assessments gathering psychosocial histories and completing essential documentation. Additionally you will participate in familyteam meetings assist with developing permanency plans and conduct discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Youll engage with multiple entities such as courts and state agencies acting as a vital liaison to coordinate resources for clients and facilitate smooth transitions to aftercare programs. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!
Requirements for this Therapist III job
To excel as a FullTime Therapist III you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in documentation and clinical software tools as well as the ability to perform thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans will enhance your success in this role. A commitment to empathy problemsolving and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism is vital to ensuring clientcentered care.
Minimum Quaifications:
- Graduation from a college or university with a Masters degree in social work psychology or a related field and:
- Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW)
- Must complete the Utah County Jail criminal background check including polygraph test and be approved by the Utah County Jail to work in the jail.
- Must be able to pass the Utah County Sherrifs Offices criminal background check.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
