Front Desk Assistant Showalter Center PRN
The purpose of thisposition is to provide clerical support to health care center personnel and toprovide all facility contacts with prompt courteous attention to theirrequests. This position performssecretarial duties record keeping administrative detail and followupfunctions to assist administration.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
- Outstanding organizational skills dependable detail oriented and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- 13 years of experience in a forwardfacing customer service role.
- Experience with a multiline phone system.
Job duties include:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth personal interest and positive emphasis throughout the facility.
- Screen individuals entering the building including but not limited to: visitors members of the public vendors and family members. Exercise good judgement in granting entrance.
- Answer the buildings primary telephone and direct all incoming calls appropriately.
- Answer all inquiries according to facility release of information policies and procedures.
Shifts/Hours/Schedules:
- 8:00am 4:30pm weekend shifts.

Compensation:
The starting pay rate for this position will depend on experience.
