The Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Program Manager will serve as part of the Health Solution Team (HST) under Global Medical & Health (GMH) to drive daytoday operational excellence by leading strategic initiatives and programs while providing direct WHS support and partnership to Global sites.
Key job responsibilities Develop datadriven white papers for executivelevel review that meet Amazons technical writing. Conduct WHS regulatory research and maintain compliance standards. Conduct data analytics and translate findings into compelling narratives. Drive Amazon enterprisewide health initiatives to uncover synergies share key learnings and scale successful pilot programs. Develop and maintain external vendor relationships that support the GMH mission. Partner with stakeholders to drive Health Solution programs. Lead strategic planning with business unit leadership teams to align prioritize and articulate business objectives with GMH goals; track program effectiveness and implement improvements. Develop strategies to improve HST programs and optimize costs.

About the team The Global Medical & Health (GMH) Team consists of the Global Medical Team (GMT) Health Solutions Team (HST) and Health Data Strategy. This role will be supporting Health Solutions Team.
3 years of program or project management experience 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Bachelors degree 3 years of developing program strategies and plans diving execution and influencing senior stakeholders experience
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3 years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes project management and schedules Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
