Job Description:
The Operations Project Manager (OPM) oversees all Operations efforts relating to contract execution and is responsible for planning executing and monitoring projects from beginning to end according to strict deadlines and budgets. The OPM acts as the pointofcontact between elements of Manufacturing Procurement Test Quality Engineering Finance and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement build and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to:

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with Master Schedulers and Master Planners to develop baseline production plans
- Perform leadtime and critical path analysis on multilevel hardware builds
- Assess cost and schedule risks and develop associated mitigations
- Estimate sales forecasts for labor and material
- Monitor and report financial schedule and technical performance of assigned projects
- Identify and coordinate resources necessary for production efforts
- Oversee production budgets with the responsibility to analyze manage and report on budget performance and variance analysis
- Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Related experience in a manufacturing production or other highly schedulebased environments
- Demonstrated ability in financial or data analysis and monitoring is desired
- Demonstrated ability in business and/or technical writing public speaking and creating formal presentations is desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data using graphs and pivot tables
- Experience using schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project is preferred
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems is preferred
