ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: Richmond VA (OnSite)

No sales experience No problem. We provide handson training ongoing coaching and the tools you need to thrive in media and advertising sales.

What Youll Do:
- Support and Manage Accounts: Begin with an active account list and work with our experienced team to develop new business opportunities.
- Develop New Local Business: Learn how to identify prospects build relationships and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions.
- Full Sales Cycle Training: Receive guidance on how to prospect create proposals present solutions close deals and provide followup service.
- Collaborative Campaign Development: Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms.
- Achievable Sales Goals: Learn how to set and reach monthly quarterly and annual goals through coaching and structured support.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
