Horizon Retail Construction an established national general contractor is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant Wisconsin.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Set up and deploy iPad iPhone & Laptops to End Users
- Provides help desk support for End Users
- Analyzes and evaluates helpdesk tickets and makes recommendations for improvements and training needs
- Write or revise training manuals and procedures
- Provide training to end users
- Manage Device Inventory
- Assist/Lead IT projects and business initiatives
- Manage Apple phones/MDM
- Manage corporate phone contract
- Support Reprographics department
- Create and provide training to L1 Technician as necessary
- Research and test new hardware and software
- Develop forms & flows using Power Platform
Summary of Qualifications:
- 5 Yrs Experience with Windows and Office products (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with Apple products (iPhone & iPad)
- 5 Yrs Experience with Microsoft O365 products (SharePoint Teams Teams Voice OneDrive Power Automate/Flows)
- IT Help Desk Experience
- Ability to work in a team environment to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
Summary of Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred OR Actively Pursuing a College Degree in Information Technology will also be considered
- Experience with cloud computing services (e.g. Azure)
- Experience with Ticket and Asset Management software (e.g. Lansweeper)
- Experience with Power Platform
- Proficient Apple Device User
