Home Health Marketer
Home Health Registered Nurse needed in Delray Beach FL.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $75000 $100000 per year (Commission Base Pay)

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals physicians case managers etc.)
- Promote Medicare/Medicaid home health services to increase patient referrals
- Conduct community outreach and attend networking events to build brand awareness
- Educate providers and patients on available services eligibility and benefits
- Track referral activity and report marketing outcomes to leadership
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and satisfaction
Requirements
- Medicare/Medicaid Marketing Experience
- 1520 referrals a month
