Who You Are
KBR seeks a experienced Site Program Lead who shall be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel working in a specified foreign country.
What Youll Do
As a Site Program Lead you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work in a specific foreign country. You will be located OCONUS 100% onsite.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks activities requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer with the COTR
Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost performance quality schedule and risk.
Develop plans and schedules and define and document the implementation of requirements
Use established program management procedures to monitor cost schedule inventory and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool and propose cleared qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements
Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
Manage customer expectations with proactive consistent and transparent communication.
Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocations
Interface with the TO CO TO COTR and Government leadership
Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan
Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess a US TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Engineering plus eight (8) years experience in Management level positions OR ;
Bachelors degree in any field with (8) years experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years experience in the field of Engineering or Business
Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning coordinating and executing support to special events
Familiarity and willingness to manage in a 24/7/365 operational environment
