Responsibilities
- Fulltime MondayFriday outpatient practice
- Diagnose treat and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Provide education on preventive health practices
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team and supervising physicians
- Participate in shared phoneonly call coverage
- Document accurately in Athena EHR and follow workflow protocols
- Engage in quality improvement activities and initiatives
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing Doctor of Nursing Practice or NP Certificate program graduate
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Board Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or AdultGerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
- Active DEA license
- Fluent Spanish speaker Spanishspeaking required
- Familiarity with valuebased healthcare models preferred
