The College of Arts and Sciences is currently accepting applications for the position of Adjunct Faculty in Forensic Pathology. The forensic pathology course is designed to introduce students to the key aspects involved in determining the cause of a victims fatality or injury. It covers the procedures necessary to identify the victim as well as to assess the mechanism and manner of fatality including natural causes accidents suicides and homicides. The course also addresses the collection and analysis of biological evidence surrounding the incident including environmental and toxicological factors. Finally it covers the medicolegal responsibilities and expert testimony related to such cases. The college requires faculty to teach courses in person/on campus in Boca Raton Florida. Oncampus undergraduate classes are conducted Monday through Thursday in 2.5hour class sessions for fourweek terms or twice a week for eight weeks.
