Job Description:
We are looking for a Media Planning Manager with experience in B2B ideally based in Chicago Il. The Manager Media Planning role is a critical role with one direct report potentially more in time and you will report into the Director Planning. You must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the media space specifically Digital with some CTV & Print and available media research and systems. You will lead the daily account needs by assuring focus on key client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and strategize primarily Digital with some CTV & Print media campaigns
- Coordinate with multichannel teams to create strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across channels.
- Communicate with clients on questions and specific media plans
- Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
- Analyze competitive landscapes pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
- Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
- Guide media channel selection and identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in media planning with at least 1 year of planning Digital and CTV Media
- 1 years of Experience working on a B2B client
- Experience communicating directly with clients and comfortable performing as the day to day client lead
- Relevant media planning and buying experience across channels
- Familiar with Media Ocean DDS Nielsen Ad Intel Pathmatics Media Tools Web Analytics Ad Servers and/ or other media tools
DESIRED NOT REQUIRED:
- 1 years managing junior team members
- Experience in planning Print Media
- Experience working on an HVAC Tools or Automotive client
The annual salary range for this position is 62K 84K . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
