KeyResponsibilities:
- Conductthoroughanalyticalsearchestoidentifynewacquisitiontargets.
- Buildandmaintainnetworkswithcompaniestouncoverandseizenewopportunities.
- Leadcrossfunctionalduediligenceteamsinevaluatingpotentialproductacquisitions.
- Developandpresentfinancialevaluationsandriskanalysesforacquisitionprospects.
- Coordinatewithpostdealintegrationteamsandserveastheprimarycontactforallproductacquisitions.
- Supportandoccasionallyleaddivestmenteffortsofnonstrategicassets.
- Managedealexecutionforbusinessdevelopmentandlicensingprojects.
- Ensureallactivitiescomplywithrelevantlegislationandregulatorypolicies.
