Are you ready to dive into the world of data and make a real impact As a Data Analytics and Insights Lead youll be at the forefront of analyzing clinical operational and realworld data to uncover patterns and trends that drive improvements in data quality and processes. By applying exploratory data analysis youll extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources supporting business intelligence and enhancement efforts. This role requires a blend of analytical data science and data development skills to assess project objectives understand the data landscape and design effective outputs.
Accountabilities
Support the development and execution of data solutions strategies for Digital Transformation initiatives.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in adopting cuttingedge digital tools and platforms driving continuous innovation.
Perform data wrangling transformation and text mining to create new datasets for highquality research workflows.
Design data preparation workflows and define outputs for projects.
Foster an agile valuefocused culture and contribute to technical projects aimed at improving datascience tools.
Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align data insights with business initiatives.
Communicate datadriven insights and technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R and SQL. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
Proficiency in data visualization development (e.g. Power BI)
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
Experience with data integrations and data flow architectures
Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to clinical data and trials (e.g. FDA EMA).
Effective verbal and written communication influencing and partnering skills
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an officebased role employees must be able with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone video and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and nonlinear thought analysis and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours
Desirable Skills/Experience
Strong knowledge of emerging innovative technologies in clinical trial management
Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
Experience in agile working practices and a good understanding of project management techniques and methods
Knowledge of the endtoend clinical trial process
