How Youll Make an Impact
As part of our team youll help design and implement purposebuilt business applications for international clients. Youll be involved in the entire lifecyclefrom idea to development and golivebuilding solutions that make a real difference.
Create Real Value Successful software projects require close collaboration with our clients. Youll develop a deep understanding of the business domain and project requirements allowing you to communicate as a trusted partner and introduce innovative ideas with confidence.
Passion for Software Development Leveraging technologies such as Java Spring Boot React Angular Kubernetes and Azure youll contribute significantly to customer success. We embrace AI augmented development and actively use tools like GitHub Copilot to empower developers in their creativity and efficiency.

Whats Important to Us
You have a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent qualification that gives you a solid foundation in software engineering.
You have several years of professional experience with technologies like Java Spring Boot REST Azure DevOps PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Additional indepth expertise in Frontend Development or AI (Data Engineering Machine Learning) is highly valued.
You have a DevOps mindset and understand the importance of high code quality and automated testing.
You are learning and successoriented. You enjoy achieving ambitious goals in a team and engaging directly with customers.
You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
You are open to occasional travel to client sites in Germany for a few days each month.
