About the role
The Senior Health Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Partner plays a critical role in driving the development of innovative and strategic solutions to enable and support the delivery application governance and continual improvement of the TAC HSW management system including the TAC HSW Policy Procedures Safe Work Practices and Guidelines.
The role is responsible for providing senior practitioner support with OHS management practices to ensure the identification control compliance and monitoring of emerging HSW risks and to support with complex injury management practices to drive preventative and early intervention outcomes for the business and our people.
This senior role will manage two direct reports and will coach mentor and contribute to knowledge transfer within the HSW team as well as providing strong senior HSWspecialist support across divisions for the resolution of complex HSW matters.

This role will be a part of our passionate and driven Health Safety and Wellbeing team which sits within our Strategic Partnering an Advisory Branch within the broader People Culture & Engagement division. Reporting to the Manager Health Safety and Wellbeing you will be joining an open honest and supportive team who contribute to a highperforming culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

Relevant experience and knowledge in a Health Safety and Wellbeing Role including:
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership coach and mentor
Demonstrated and exceptional client relationship management and business facilitation skills.
