As a Dutchspeaking Digital Onboarding Specialist at CareersRocket you will play a crucial role in assisting new clients as they begin their journey abroad. You will provide clear guidance stepbystep instructions and ongoing support to ensure clients feel confident and comfortable navigating their relocation and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with account creation setup and initial onboarding processes via video calls chat and email.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on CareersRocket services including job placement assistance relocation support paperwork management and cultural orientation.
- Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our onboarding and support services.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless and supportive.
Who Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly empathetic approach.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently.
- Strong organizational skills and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and adapting quickly.
