Finance Manager AB SRP, Amazon Business Finance

Entering the business to business (B2B) market is one of Amazons most exciting growth opportunities and since launching in 2015 Amazon Business (AB) already has more than 6 million customers WW with an increasing demand from business customers to procure from small sustainable and local vendors. Amazon Business is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance for Socially Responsible Purchasing (SRP) for B2B customers. This role owns a $750MM SRP business with WW scope and partner with crossfunctional teams to establish and implement financial frameworks that would enable B2B customers grow their share of socially responsible purchasing. The successful candidate will be analytical innovative and comfortable with ambiguity. The candidate has a unique opportunity to define and build financial mechanisms for this new space. You will help measure their impact and drive longterm strategic value for AB. Additionally you will own headcount and opex reporting and analysis for two Director leaders and collaborate with FP&A in these areas including monthend commentary. We seek individuals who can engage partners effectively build robust financial frameworks and drive a fastgrowing business.

Key job responsibilities
1. Have full P&L ownership and establish financial frameworks for SRP reporting and initiatives
2. Measure and analyze ROI on SRP initiatives
3. Support SRP planning processes and Monthly business reviews
4. Headcount and opex reporting and analysis for two orgs
5. Serve as FP&A SME and provide monthend commentary on HC/opex

5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
OR:
Masters Degree and 3 years of finance experience

6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
MBA or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
